دراسة إحصائية لواقع تأثير المستخلص الكحولي لمسحوق قشرة حيوان السرطان على نمو وتكاثر الخلايا السرطانية البشرية

Abstract
A laboratory experiment was conducted at the Iraqi Center for Cancer and Medical Genetics Research at Mustansiriya University in Baghdad in early 2005 to investigate the effects of an alcoholic extract derived from crab shell powder on the proliferation and growth of human cancer cells in vitro. The study followed a concentration- and time-dependent format, incorporating two main factors: time at three levels (24, 48, and 72 hours) and extract concentration at three levels (100 mg, 2600 mg, and 5100 mg). The primary variable, cancer cell density (count), was measured using a Microplate Reader at a wavelength of 492 nanometers. The data were statistically analyzed as a two-factor factorial experiment according to a Completely Randomized Design (CRD). The findings revealed highly significant effects of both time and extract concentration, as well as their interaction, on the studied trait. Furthermore, response level analysis indicated a significant linear effect and a highly significant quadratic effect for the time factor, while the concentration factor showed a highly significant linear effect and a significant quadratic effect. Additionally, the analysis identified a significant interaction between the linear components of time and concentration, alongside a highly significant interaction between the quadratic component of time and the linear component of concentration.

أجريت تجربة مختبريه في المركز العراقي لبحوث السرطان والوراثة الطبية – بغداد التابع للجامعة المستنصرية في بداية العام 2005 لدراسة تأثير المستخلص الكحولي لمسحوق قشرة حيوان السرطان على تكاثر ونمو الخلايا السرطانية البشرية في الزجاج ((invitro أي في المختبر بصيغة معتمدة على تركيز المستخلص والوقت وقد اشتملت التجربة على عاملين هما الوقت وله ثلاث مستويات هي (72,48,24) ساعة والعامل الثاني هو تركيز المستخلص وله ثلاث مستويات هي (5100mg,2600mg,100mg)، تم قياس الصفة المدروسة (كثافة الخلايا السرطانية (عددها)) باستخدام جهاز قارئ الأطباق الدقيقة (Microplate Reader) بطول موجي مقداره 492 نانوميتر. تم إجراء التحليل الإحصائي للتجربة وذلك بمعاملتها كتجربة عامليه ذات عاملين مصممه وفق تصميم تام التعشية وكانت أهم النتائج التي تم التوصل إليها كما يلي: 1- وجد تأثير معنوي عالي لعامل الوقت الذي عوملت فيه الخلايا بالمستخلص على الصفة المدروسة. 2- وجد تأثير معنوي عالي لتركيز المستخلص على الصفة المدروسة . 3- وجد تاثير معنوي عالي للتفاعل بين عامل الوقت وتركيز المستخلص على الصفة المدروسة. 4- عند تحليل مستوى الاستجابة، وجد إن هناك تأثير معنوي للمركبة الخطية وتاثير معنوي عالي للمركبة التربيعية لعامل الوقت الذي عوملت فيه الخلايا بالمستخلص الكحولي على الصفة المدروسة، وكذلك وجد إن هناك تأثير معنوي عالي للمركبة الخطية وتاثير معنوي للمركبة التربيعية لعامل تركيز المستخلص الكحولي على الصفة المدروسة وكذلك وجد تأثير معنوي للتفاعل بين المركبه الخطيه لعامل الوقت والمركبه الخطيه لعامل التركيز وكذلك وجد هنالك تاثير معنوي عالي للتفاعل بين المركبة التربيعية لعامل الوقت والمركبة الخطية لعامل التركيز .
