Abstract

The research takes a well-Known technique used for individual stocks (or industries),which is the relative strength analysis. In order to validate the Hypothesis of research, the Iraq stock exchange has been selected for this purpose. Asample consisted of (13) firms has selected . The research reached to many conclusions, the most important one among them is agreed upon the possibility of utilizing the relative strength to Identify Industry sectors that look attractive prior to selecting individual stocks.

Abstract (Arabic)

يتناول البحث الحالي احد الاساليب المعروفة والمستخدمة في تحليل الاسهم بصورة منفردة او ضمن (قطاعاتها الصناعية) الا وهو اسلوب تحليل القوة النسبية. ولاثبات فرضية البحث تم اختيار سوق العراق للاوراق المالية لكي يكون مجتمعا للبحث، ومن ثم اختيار عينة عمدية مؤلفة من ثلاثة عشر سهما من اسهم الشركات المدرجة في هذه السوق لتكون ميدانا للبحث. توصل البحث الى عدد من الاستنتاجات، الا ان اكثر هذه الاستنتاجات اهمية هي تلك التي تتفق حول امكان الاستفادة من اسلوب تحليل القوة النسبية لتحديد القطاعات الصناعية ذات الجاذبية للمستثمر ومن ثم اختيار الاسهم الاكثر ملائمة لتفضيلاته الاستثمارية.
