Abstract

Reliability has an important role in both the industrial and engineering applications. So the need for Reliability Tests appeared are series of tests a discover out of factors that appear through the test, knowledge limit of fit a specifics production addition for getting on goodness of production. Therefore, the need for research to test for censor data from ( Type II ) for exponential distribution with one parameter and that test it’s (Reliability Growth) includes three curves are Idealized Growth curve estimation parameters and reliability with maximum likelihood method, Duane Growth curve takes estimation parameters and reliability with least squares method, Exponential Reliability Growth Curve take estimation parameters and reliability by means of constraints for finding an optimal solution. Finally, contains the more important findings and recommendations as well as the future visions which the research included. Also the research contains computer programs prepared by the researcher as well as another especial attaches.

Abstract (Arabic)

نظراً لاهمية المعولية في التطبيقات الصناعية والهندسية فقد ظهرت الحاجة لاختبارات المعولية والتي هي سلسلة من الاختبارات والكشف عن العوامل التي تظهر خلال الاختبار لمعرفة مدى ملائمة الانتاج للمواصفات لغرض الاحصول على الجودة لهذا ظهرت الحاجة لبحث اختبار لبيانات المراقبة من النوع الثاني وللتوزيع الاسي بمعلمة واحدة والاختبار الذي تناوله البحث هي (اختبار نمو المعولية) حيث تم تقدير المعلمات والمعولية لانماذج الاختبار التي هي ثلاثة منحنيات منحنى النمو المثالي اذ تم تقديرة بطريقة الامكان الاعظم و منحنى النمو دايني تم تقديرة بطريقة المربعات الصغرى، واخذت البيانات من مصنع الرشيد (قسم الصابون) . و منحنى النمو الاسي تم حسابه عن طريق القيود والوصول الى الحل الامثل باستخدام اسلوب المحاكاة . واخضعت لاختبارات حسن المطابقة ومن ثم تطبيق اختبار النمو للمعولية وتضمن البحث اهم الاستنتاجات التي تم التوصل اليها والتوصيات التي يقترحها البحث وكذلك احتوى البحث على الملاحق للبرامجيات المعدة من قبل الباحث .
