Abstract

Tourism is a human phenomenon and economic and social activity. It represents an effective forces in the life of the individuals and state alike. As any other economic and human activity has appositive and negative results. So there is a necessary to planning and activate this sector to get the most possible advantage. Tourism has special importance out of its effect on the structure and performance of national economy. It can be regarded a dynamic activity with mutual effect include all the economic activities within and out the state. Tourism is affected and affect the production con summing , joineries , communication , ports ,hotel , restaurants ,internal and external trade…etc. Moreover, spreading tourist projects to different sites will develop these sites and raising standards of living in theses sites, creating jobs in these poor isolated. Sites, as well as to other activities in these sites then achieving balance and supporting economy in general.

Abstract (Arabic)

السياحة ظاهرة انسانية ونشاط اقتصادي اجتماعي يمثل قوى فاعلة ومؤثرة في حياة المجتمعات، حيث اصبحت تحتل حيزا لايستهان به في حياة الافراد والدولة ككل على حد السواء، وهي مثل اي نشاط اقتصادي وانساني اخر لها اثارها ونتائجها الايجابية والسلبية لذلك كانت الحاجة ماسة وملحة لتخطيط وتفعيل هذا القطاع من اجل ضمان تحقيق اقصى منفعة ممكنة منه . والسياحة لها اهمية خاصة تستمد من تاثيرها في بنيان واداء الاقتصاد الوطني، ويمكن النظر اليها على انها نشاط ديناميكي ذو تاثير متبادل وفعال يشمل جميع الانشطة الاقتصادية في الدولة وخارجها فهي تتاثر وتؤثر في نشاط ( الانتاج والاستهلاك والرحلات والاتصالات والموانئ والفنادق والمطاعم والتجارة الداخلية والخارجية ..... الخ ) فضلاً عن ان توزيع المشاريع السياحية على المناطق السياحية المختلفة يعمل على تطويرها وتHussein مستويات المعيشة فيها من خلال خلق مناصب شغل جديد , في مناطق فقيرة ومعزولة فضلاً عن تطوير نشاطات اخرى بهذه المناطق والنهوض بها ومن ثم تحقيق التوازن الجهوي ودعم الاقتصاد بشكل عام لما يدره هذا القطاع من فرص مدرة للدخل تؤدي الى معالجة ظاهرة الفقر والبطالة.
