Abstract
The objective of this researchis employthe special casesof function trapezoidinthe composition of fuzzy setsto make decision within the framework ofthe theory ofgamestraditionalto determine thebest strategy for themobile phone networksin the province of Baghdadand Basra,has beenthe adoption ofdifferent periodsof the functionsbelongingto seethe changehappening in thematrixmatchesandthe impact thatthe strategies anddecision-making availableto each playerand the impact on societyas acommunitygoalof the strategiesthe players. the most important thing was reached this research is the region fuzzy to influence the setting of optimal strategies and point of balance in the matrix matches companies contact, especially when approaching the total membership of groups and underemployment in the research problem, the strategy dominant company Asiacell and Zain Iraq in Baghdad and Basra province - the peak time is billing line, the best return for the company Asiacell and Zain Iraq strategies bill line and prepayment when the connection to the same network, you get less return Asiacell and Zain Iraq strategies prepayment line when the connection to other networks.
Abstract (Arabic)
: يهدف هذا البحث الى توظيف الحالات الخاصة لدالة شبه المنحرف في تكوين المجموعات الضبابية لاتخاذ القرارات في اطار نظرية المباريات التقليدية لتحديد الأستراتيجية المثلى لشبكات الهاتف النقال في محافظة بغداد والبصرة، تم اعتماد فترات مختلفة لدوال الانتماء لمعرفة التغير الذي يحصل في مصفوفة المباريات وتاثير ذلك على الأستراتيجيات المتاحة واتخاذ القرار لكل لاعب وتاثير ذلك في المجتمع بوصفه المجتمع الهدف لاستراتيجيات اللاعبين. ان اهم ما تم التوصل اليه هذا البحث هو المنطقة المضببة تؤثر على تحديد الأستراتيجيات المثلى ونقطة التوازن في مصفوفة المباريات لشركات الاتصال خصوصاً عند الاقتراب من الانتماء الكلي للمجموعات الجزئية في مشكلة البحث، الأستراتيجية المهيمنة لشركة اسياسيل وشركة زين العراق في محافظة بغداد والبصرة- وقت الذروة هي خط الفاتورة، افضل عائد لشركة اسياسيل وشركة زين العراق لأستراتيجيات خط الفاتورة وخط الدفع المسبق عندما يكون الاتصال لنفس الشبكة، اقل عائد تحصل Aliه شركة اسياسيل وشركة زين العراق من أستراتيجيات خط الدفع المسبق عندما يكون الاتصال لشبكات اخرى.
