مقارنة بين نتائج تحليل التباين قبل وبعد استعمال تحليل التغاير لتصميم القطاعات المنشقة

Abstract

This research aims to study the important of the effect of analysis of covariance manner for one of important of design for multifactor experiments, which called split-blocks experiments design (SBED) to deal the problem of extended measurements for a covariate variable or independent variable (X) with data of response variable or dependent variable Y in agricultural experiments that contribute to mislead the result when analyze data of Y only. Although analysis of covariance with discussed in experiments with common deign, but it is not found information that it is discussed with split-Blocks experiments design (SBED) to get rid of the impact a covariance variable. As part application actual field experiment conducted, begun at 15/11/2015 for wheat crop in the rice research station (in the city Al-mishkhab) affiliated to the department of agricultural research/ ministry of agriculture with split-Blocks design with factors, plating dates (3 dates for wheat kind Iba 99) and seeding rates (4rates), the weight of the crop was considered Y and the variable X is the Wight of 1000 grains. As was the use of Matlab program for make analysis of variance for data of the variable Y only and for make analysis of covariance to exclude the impact of the variable X. it has been reached that the result of analysis of covariance according to data of this experiments which conducted with split-blocks design is the most accurate compared with analysis of variance.

Abstract (Arabic)

: يدرس هذا البحث أهمية اثر أسلوب تحليل التغاير ( Analysis of covariance ) لنوع مهم من تصاميم التجارب المتعددة العوامل المسمى تصميم تجارب القطاعات المنشقة ( SBED: Split Blocks experiment Design) لمعالجة مشكلة وجود قياسات لمتغيرات ( صفات) مستقلة ( X) تصاحب قياسات المتغير المعتمد (الصفة الرئيسة ) او متغير الاستجابة Y في التجارب الزراعية والتي تسهم بتضليل النتائج عند تحليل البيانات قياسات متغير الاستجابة فقط وبالرغم من ان أسلوب تحليل التغاير قد بحث في تجارب بتصاميم شائعة الا انه لم يتم العثور على معلومات لبحثه في حالة تجارب تصاميم القطاعات المنشقة للتخلص من اثر المتغير او المتغيرات المستقلة. وكجانب تطبيقي فقد تم في هذا البحث تنفيذ تجربة حقلية فAliة بدأت في 15/11/2015 لمحصول الحنطة في محطة أبحاث الرز في منطقة المشخاب التابعة الى دائرة البحوث الزراعية/ وزارة الزراعة وفق تصميم القطاعات المنشقة حيث العوامل هي عامل مواعيد الزراعة الذي ضم ثلاثة مواعيد للحنطة من نوع اباء 99 وعامل معدلات البذار الذي ضم أربعة معدلات بذار حيث ان وزن الحاصل ( حبوب الحنطة) اعتبر هو الصفة الرئيسة أي متغير الاستجابة او المتغير المعتمد Y تم اخذ احد المتغيرات (المرافق) وهو وزن 1000 حبة كمتغير مستقل X اذ تم استخدام برنامج MATLAB لتحليل البيانات ( عمل تحليل التباين) بيانات المتغير Y فقط واستخدام برنامج تحليل التغاير بهدف استبعاد اثر المتغير X وقد تم التوصل الى ان نتائج استخدام أسلوب تحليل التغاير وفق معطيات البيانات لهذه التجربة المنفذة بتصميم القطاعات المنشقة كانت ادق من نتائج استخدام أسلوب تحليل التباين فضلا عن استنتاجات حول افضل معدل بذار وافضل موعد زراعة.
