Abstract
The investment however "was its description and meaning, it remains a resident" in the composition of capital assets located in the forefront of the creation of productive assets, and this means that the investment in the productive sectors is a priority in achieving capital accumulation, on any other investment that takes place with the stages of advanced development of formation , not forgetting "to humans and investment humans as head of real money product, the source of the economic surplus and accumulation, and the source of producing values, and if human labor was the source of value, and the human was the source of work, therefore humanitarian work on different levels and skills presents capital", so the investment in human beings is the main source of economic surplus, and that the investment in it after stages of the development of the productive forces presents an addition to it .
Abstract (Arabic)
ان الاستثمار أيا" كان توصيفه والمعنى الذي يراد له يبقى مقيما" في تكوين أصول رأسمالية يقع في مقدمتها خلق اصول منتجة، وهذا يعني ان الاستثمار في القطاعات الانتاجية له الاولوية في تحقيق التراكم الرأسمالي، على اي تكوين استثماري آخر الذي يأخذ مكانه مع مراحل تطور متقدمة، لم يكن متناسيا" للبشر والاستثمار بهم باعتبارهم رأس مال حقيقي منتج، ومصدر الفائض الاقتصادي والتراكم، ومصدر القيم المنتجة، واذا كان العمل البشري مصدر القيمة، والانسان مصدر العمل، فان العمل الانساني على اختلاف مستوياته ومهاراته يمثل رأسمالا"، لذا فان الاستثمار بالبشر هو المصدر الاساسي للفائض الاقتصادي، وان الاستثمار فيه بعد مراحل من تطور قوى الانتاج يشكل أضافة Aliه .
