إدارة المعرفة بالجامعات السعودية دراسة ميدانية على جامعة شقراء

Abstract

This research aim s to know the reality of implementation of Knowledge Management in Saudi Universities Applied in Shaqra University and to study the difficults whish encountered in applying the Knowledge Management approach. The study investigated the university staff in Shaqra, Thadig, and Huraymila branches, using a questionnaire designed by the researcher to collect the data, sample of (260) members was used, applying the descriptive analytical approach to test the hypothesis by using (SPSS) program. The study revealed that the first four zero hypothesis are rejected because there is medium approval of the university members on the four main axes of the knowledge management, these main axes are: infra structure, capture and development, publication and sharing, using and application of knowledge. Also the study accepted the hypothesis of existing obstacles facing Knowledge Management according to the teaching staff. The study also revealed a negative statistical effect of the degree of implementation of Knowledge Management in Shaqra University according to the grad job and appositive statistical effect due to the years of experience. Due to the findings of the research some recommendation were stated to improve the implementation of knowledge management in Shaqra University.

Abstract (Arabic)

هدف هذا البحث إلى التعرف على واقع تطبيق إدارة المعرفة بالجامعات السعودية بالتطبيق على جامعة شقراء، وإلقاء الضوء على أهم الصعوبات التي تواجهها في سبيل تطبيق مدخل إدارة المعرفة. وأجريت الدراسة على أعضاء هيئة التدريس ببعض فروع الجامعة (شقراء، حريملاء، وثادق) باستخدام الإستبانة التي صممت بواسطة الباحث لغرض جمع البيانات الأولية من عينة البحث المكونة من (260) مفردة، وتم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وتم استخدام برنامج الحزم الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية (SPSS) لاختبار الفروض. وتم التوصل إلى عدة نتائج منها رفض الفروض الصفرية الأربعة الأولى إذ اتضح وجود موافقة متوسطة لأعضاء هيئة التدريس عن توفر المحاور الأربعة الرئيسة لإدارة المعرفة بجامعة شقراء، وتتمثل هذه المحاور في: البنية التحتية لتطبيق إدارة المعرفة، واكتساب المعرفة وتطويرها، ونشر للمعرفة والتشارك فيها، واستخدام للمعرفة وتطبيقها. كما تم التوصل إلى قبول الفرض المتعلق بوجود معوقات تواجه ممارسة عمليات إدارة المعرفة في جامعة شقراء من وجهة نظر أعضاء هيئة التدريس. وتوصلت الدراسة كذلك إلى عدم وجود أثر ذو دلالة إحصائية حول درجة تطبيق إدارة المعرفة بجامعة شقراء من وجهة نظر أعضاء هيئة التدريس يعزى إلى متغير الدرجة الوظيفية، ووجود أثر ذو دلالة إحصائية يعزى إلى متغير سنوات الخبرة. وبناء على نتائج البحث تم اقتراح عدة توصيات لتHussein تطبيق إدارة المعرفة بجامعة شقراء.
