Abstract

دعت الحاجة الى استخدام تقنية التحليل المفكك في مختلف المجالات وبدوافع مختلفة وتستخدم في الكثير من الأحيان من قبل الوحدات الاقتصادية كتقنية مساعدة للتقنيات الأخرى فمثلا تستخدمها بعض الوحدات الاقتصادية لتحليل منتجات وحدات اقتصادية أخرى من اجل العمل على تطوير المنتجات والبحث عن فرص لتHussein جودة المنتج وتفادي أخطاء المنتج الخاضع للدراسة مقارنة بالمنتج المنافس او تخفيض تكاليفه، بالإضافة الى خدماته التي يقدمها لضبط الجودة المنتج من خلال مقارنة القطع المنتجة مع النماذج المصممة كما يتم مقارنة المنتج ككل مع التصميم الأصلي للتأكد من سلامة المخططات والوثائق وهذا يعني إن التحليل المفكك يركز على الوصول الى منتج ذو جودة عالية. وفي هذا البحث سيتم تناول تقنية التحليل المفكك كتقنية ممكن ان تحقق تخفيض للتكاليف وتHussein للجودة من خلال تكاملها مع أدوات إدارة الجودة الشاملة نظرا لأهمية إدارة الجودة الشاملة في ضمان تقديم منتجات ترضي الزبائن والمستفيدين لأن الوحدات الاقتصادية وعلى إختلافها تضع رضا الزبون في قمة هرم أولوياتها فحين تحقق رضا الزبون حول جودة المنتج وسعره يستمر عمل الشركة ويستمر إنتاجها. وAliه فسيقدم هذا البحث خلفية نظرية لكل من تقنية التحليل المفكك وإدارة الجودة الشاملة وادواتها، كما وسيتم بيان الدور التكاملي ما بين تقنية التحليل المفكك وأدوات إدارة الجودة الشاملة من اجل تHussein جودة المنتج وتخفيض تكلفته، مما يمكن ان يوفر حلا لمشكلة البحث والتي تتمثل بإنخفاض جودة المنتجات وارتفاع تكاليفها.
