Abstract
This research focuses on necessary state to develop and strong the financial sector in Iraq by consider that it is allow to achieve the financial flexibility and the enough currency to encourage the investment and economic growth , this picture will be coming by take and obligation the international criteria by general agreement on trade in services (GATS) that it is one of agreements of world trade organization (WTO). This mater doing to strong the legal and legislation environment founded international confidential , by it , the institutions and financial sector in Iraq will be more active.
Abstract (Arabic)
يركز هذا البحث على ضرورة تطوير وتعزيز القطاع المالي في العراق بأعتبار ان هذا القطاع يوفر المرونة المالية والسيولة الكافية لتفعيل الاستثمارات والنمو الاقتصادي ، ويأتي ذلك من خلال الاخذ بالمعايير الدولية في اطار الاتفاق العام للتجارة في الخدمات وهو احد اتفاقات منظمة التجارة العالمية مما يعمل معه على تدعيم بيئة قانونية وتشريعية ذات مقبولية دولية تتعزز من خلالها مؤسسات ونشاط القطاع المالي في العراق. وفي هذا السبيل تم طرح تساؤل حول مدى الامكانية المتاحة امام العراق لتطوير بيئته المالية في اطار أخذه ببنود الاتفاق الدولي للتجارة في الخدمات تحت مظلة منظمة التجارة العالمية ، وقد تم التوصل الى مجموعة من الاستنتاجات شكلت الارضية التي استندت اليها اجابات الاسئلة المطروحة واثباتات الفرضية في اطار منسجم مع هدف البحث .
