Abstract
This study aimed to clarify the importance of ecological taxation in achieving sustainable development, by analyzing a set of economic measures such as taxes, taxes levied by the legislation in the field of ecology, to fight against pollution. And we tried to evaluate this initiative in Algeria. The results of the study showed that economic measures of ecological taxation contribute to achieving sustainable development, and Although Algeria has adopted a series of ecological tax mechanisms, it is far from keeping pace with developments in this area.
Abstract (Arabic)
هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز الدور الفعال الذي تلعبه الجباية البيئية في تحقيق التنمية المستدامة. وذلك بالتطرق إلى مجموعة من الأدوات والآليات الاقتصادية التي تتجسد في الضرائب والرسوم فضلا عن التحفيزات البيئية لغرض الحد من أخطار التلوث. كما تم تسليط الضوء على تجربة الجزائر في هذا السياق، عبر إبراز أهم آليات الجباية البيئة المطبقة في الجزائر. وأظهرت نتائج الدراسة ان الأدوات الاقتصادية للجباية البيئية تسهم وبشكل كبير في تحقيق التنمية المستدامة، نظرا لكونها توفر المردودية اللازمة. وبالرغم من أن الجزائر انتهجت مجموعة من آليات الجباية البيئة إلا أنها بعيدة كل البعد عن مسايرة التطورات الجباية الحاصلة في هذا المجال.
