Abstract
The study aims to determine the organizational monitoring mechanism in target organization as well as knowing the suffocation of work. The study depends on a questionnaire as a tool of collecting data on distributed random sample involved (45) person from different levels in manufacturing isphelt Dohuk. The study depends on some hypothesis, the most significant one is that there is not impact of organizational monitoring of suffocation especially on the target organization.

تهدف البحث الحالية الى تحديد آليات الرصد التنظيمي في المنظمة المبحوثه فضلا عن التعرف على الاختناقات في ميدان العمل وقد اعتمدت الدراسة الاستبانة كأداة لجمع البيانات، وتم توزيعها على عينة عشوائية شملت (45) فرداً من مختلف المستويات الادارية في معمل إسفلت بلدية دهوك وقد تبنت الدراسة مجموعة فرضيات ابرزها ل(لا يوجد تأثير معنوي لا بعاد الرصد التنظيمي في اختناقات العمل على مستوى المنظمة عينه الدراسة) ,وقد توصلت الدراسة الى جملة استنتاجات أبرزها وجود تأثير لعميلة الرصد التنظيمي في اختناقات العمل كما تقدمت البحث بعدة توصيات.
